I returned a melon that only 2 days after purchase was caving in on one side. When I attempted to make an exchange the manager told me "only this time" and was not friendly to me at all. I showed her the receipt dated 2 days before.

In the past I had been told that so long as I have my receipt and it is within a week or so that I could return produce that I'm not satisfied with.

Did the company change policies? Does the company no longer allow customers to return produce that isn't any good? I also hope that the manager that I spoke to would be more customer service oriented.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
